We keep tracking to a minimum and tell you exactly what runs. In short: nothing that identifies you, and no analytics cookies unless you opt in.

Analytics & cookies

Google Analytics helps us see which pages and tools help gardeners. Because it sets cookies, it loads only after you accept in the cookie banner — decline and it never runs, and no analytics cookies are set. Page views use the path without its query string and a generic page title. Custom events record coarse actions such as search, opening a result with or without coverage, changing crop selections, saving a place, and printing; they do not include search text or place/crop identifiers. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and builds no personal profile. We remember your accept/decline choice in your browser's local storage (not a cookie) so we don't ask again; clear this site's data to reset it.

Saved calendars

Saved places and crop selections stay in your browser's local storage and are not sent to us. Clear this site's data to remove them.

Advertising

Where ads are shown they're served by Google AdSense under its own policies. AdSense is not currently enabled.

Accounts

Admin sign-in uses a magic link tied to your email address; we use it only to authenticate you. If you email us, we use your address only to reply. We don't sell or share your personal data.
