Acceptable use

Automated scraping, bulk extraction, and redistribution of the dataset are prohibited. Structured data is available only through our metered API under its plan terms. You may not attempt to reconstruct the dataset by mass-crawling pages.

No warranty

Frost dates are probabilities, not guarantees. We provide no warranty of fitness; planting decisions are yours. We are not liable for crop loss.

Attribution

Free API tier requires attribution to when.garden. Underlying climate data carries its own licenses (see Data & methodology).
